第15集 类型：校园 日常 搞笑2006年12月22日より発売された『くじびきアンバランス DVD-BOX』の購入特典として同梱された完全新作。全3話。2008年6月には1巻にまとめた『げんしけんOVA COLLECTION』が発売された。2007年12月31日にキッズステーションにて一挙放送。スタッフおよび製作会社は横手以外ほぼ変更されたが、声優陣は『第1期』のキャストが起用された。
